PGMNH partners with Spark in Nature's Melinda Nakagawa to bring you three different nature journaling workshops! Nature journaling is about getting out to see nature and recording our observations and experiences in a journal using a combination of words, sketches, and numbers. By keeping a nature journal, we expand our awareness and begin to see rather than just look, notice new things hidden in the ordinary, and develop a deeper curiosity, wonder and joy in nature.

Just bring paper, pencil and your curiosity!

K-2ND WITH ADULT:

Young children and their caregivers can participate in this hands-on workshop. We will learn about using nature journaling as a tool for seeing nature. Then we will go out and do some nature journaling and bring our journals back to share. A Zoom invitation will be sent to you a day before class begins.
