Pricing

$350 for Members and $425 for non-members

  • Two hours of access to our Education Room (includes one hour for art projects and museum tour, and 1 hour for snacks, cake, and presents)

  • Staff set-up and clean up

  • Party decorations; tables with craft paper to color on, nature centerpieces and strung birthday banners

  • Staff choice guided art project (child's choice of theme: Bugs & Butterflies, Under the Sea, Dinosaurs)

  • Museum tour and/or scavenger hunt

  • Special party favor for each guest

  • Following the party, guests may enjoy the rest of the Museum at no additional cost.

  • Up to 15 children and their grownups (minimum 1 adult per 5 children)

CHild Party Package

The Child Party Package includes a private room for 2 hours: 1 hour for staff-led educational themed activities and 1 hour for pizza, presents, cake, and gathering of things to go. Each child leaves with new fun knowledge, goodies collected throughout the party, and a huge smile. Pizza is ordered for two slices per child; lemonade and water for all guests are included. Following the 2 hour party, guests may feel free to enjoy the rest of the museum at no extra cost.

Want More?

You can personalize your party with personalized themed invitations, thank you notes, and banners for an additional fee. Each party is designed for a specific number of children and requires one adult guest per every 5 children. If you would like to have more guests, there is an additional $20 fee per child. Additional pizza may be purchased as well.

How to reserve a Party Package

Complete registration information below and return it with a deposit. Your party is reserved with a $100 deposit and any additional party purchases and a completed registration form. In case of cancellation, the museum will refund the $100 deposit to all parties that cancel up to two weeks prior to the scheduled party. All cancellations that are made less than two weeks prior to the scheduled party will forfeit the $100 deposit, which will be considered a donation to the Museum. Additional purchases are non-refundable. The party’s final payment, additional guests, and additional pizza fees must be paid before the event starts. As we cannot guarantee that the Museum can accommodate one specific date, please choose at least two possible dates for celebrating.
