Lecture: Allen's Hummingbirds -- A story of their past and predictions for their future in California

Andrea Jones, Director of Bird Conservation at Audubon California, will talk about Allen's hummingbirds, the mysterious and hard-to-identify birds that often nest in central coast and northern California gardens. She will discuss the birds' past and present populations in California, how they are predicted to fare in climate change, and what you can do to attract these birds into your own backyard.

This lecture coincides with the opening of a new exhibit that focuses on hummingbirds.

Admission to the lecture is $5 (free for Museum Members)
