POSTPONED- TBD- Hardcore Natural History - Beyond The Lens: Photography & Conservation

  • 165 Forest Ave Pacific Grove, CA, 93950 United States (map)

Photography can raise awareness of conservation issues through evocative images that create an emotional connection for the viewer. Join us for this month's Hardcore Natural History as we chat with accomplished freelance wildlife photographer and polar expedition guide Jacqueline Deely to discuss more on this topic. A certified California Naturalist, Deely has joined efforts to protect the Western snowy plover and the black oystercatcher through photography, as well as through community science monitoring. Registration is free, with a suggested donation of $15.

Masks are required at this event.
