Climate Change is upon us, and Monterey’s response can be an inspiration to Pacific Grove in planning for sea-level rise and other consequences.
The City of Monterey, among the most progressive cities of Central California, has stepped up to the challenge and will be evaluating and implementing an extended set of actions.
On Wednesday, February 8th, the Sustainability Coordinator of the City of Monterey, Ted Terrasas, will talk about setting and meeting realistic objectives and next steps. Bring your ideas and questions. PG needs to plan and act, too!
SPG meets on the second Wednesday of each month at the Pacific Grove Museum of Natural History, on Central Ave. between Grand & Forest, 7 to 8:30 p.m.
