Learn the science of your favorite drink!

Enjoy wine tasting from different grapes with Pierce Vineyards. Taste beer made from different plants and learn the process of home brewing beer from the Bottoms-Up Home Brew Shop. The Lost Spirits Distillery will be on-hand for rum tasting and to show how to turn molasses into rum. Chaya Tea will share the secrets of brewing the perfect tea. Experiment with yeast/sugar combinations as you enjoy live blue grass music from the “Blue Tail Flies” and a no-host bar with wine, beer, and whiskey cider. (Please bring your ID!) Grab a bite from the food truck parked outside and come on into the Museum for a Night Owl evening!
