BIRTHDAY PARTY CONTRACT
Includes a 2.5 hour party for 15 children: 1.5 hours for staff-led educational activities and 1 hour for pizza, gifts, and cake. Each child leaves with fun new knowledge, goodies, and a huge smile. Two slices of pizza per child are provided; lemonade and water are included. Following the party, guests are free to enjoy the rest of the museum at no additional cost. The Museum requires one adult for every five children at the party.
If you would like to host more than 15 children, there is an additional $20 fee per child. Additional pizza may be purchased as well.

Complete the registration form below along with a $150 deposit. In the case of cancellation, the Museum will refund the $150 deposit to all parties that cancel two weeks prior to the scheduled party. All cancellations made less than two weeks prior to the scheduled party will forfeit the $150 deposit, which will be considered a donation to the Museum. The party’s final payment, including additional guests and pizza fees, must be paid at the time of the celebration.
