Ricketts' first Pacific Biological Laboratory. John Steinbeck
immortalized Ricketts' later Cannery Row lab as "Doc's Lab."
This Pacific Grove location was the predecessor of the more-famous
location. Ricketts worked here from 1923 - 1928. Concrete streetlight
standard in foreground.
