Special Temporary Exhibits

The Museum displays a variety of special temporary exhibits throughout the year. Most of these exhibits remain on display for at least 6 to 12 weeks, though the annual Wildflower Show lasts for only a single weekend. Many of these exhibits relate to the natural or cultural history of Monterey County, though exhibits dealing with other regions and cultures are also offered.

Lectures, field trips, teacher workshops, and other educational opportunities are often held in conjunction with these special temporary exhibits. Please call the Museum for more information.
